Over the years real estate has significantly changed and with it the expectations of buyers. In a world dominated by technology, buyers have access to countless amounts of information, and with just a few clicks they can view every property for sale in an area.

On one hand, this additional exposure is fantastic with your property attracting more attention than ever before, however, if a buyer's first impression of the property is subpar, the conversion from online views to actual inspections will be low and lower again when converting inspections to offers.

From major renovations to minor repairs, I have helped clients get their property ready for sale. My level of involvement is flexible; I can help as much or as little as required. I can assist with designs, connect you to trusted tradespeople and manage deadlines to keep us on track.
